If we want to help our young people to succeed in education, employment and in this challenging modern world, to be fulfilled, and to be active members of their community, then they need to develop certain important skills for life.

Chief amongst these are self-belief, resilience, the willingness to accept responsibility, the ability to plan and set goals, and the capacity to build good relationships with the people around them. The Outward Bound programmes are invaluable in building these skills, and your support is invaluable in helping us deliver these experiences to our young people.
