Dinner at the Palace
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Outward Bound Monaco, our patron, Prince Albert, kindly hosted a dinner at the Palace for the benefit of the Association.
The event, which took place in June, was a huge success. Susie Wolff was the guest speaker and spoke about the importance of resilience, both in her own career and in life.
The dinner raised much needed funds for the association and, on behalf of Outward Bound Monaco, I would like to say how grateful we are to the Prince and all those who attended the dinner for their support and generosity.

2023 AWARDS
The proud students who achieved their goals on their Outward Bound Courses in the UK this summer received their certificates at the Yacht Club of Monaco on Thursday 7 December from our patron HSH Prince Albert II de Monaco.
The candidates who completed the 2023 courses were able to discuss their experiences with the Prince, after receiving their certificates from him, and some were interviewed about what they missed while taking part in their adventures. Our President Sarah O'Connor and the full committee was in attendance along with the parents of the candidates.

Outward Bound members and friends had a great week walking for this fabulous cause.....
Last year we managed to clock up 1870 KM and came 24th out of 318 teams
This year we reached 2333 KM with 43 members of our team averaging 53 km person, achieving a respectable 25th place out of 329 teams.
Big shout out to Tristan Boetti, Teresa Brand and Darius Kavaliauskas, who came in 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the team with 222, 205 and 185km.

Outward Bound Monaco has been delighted to be able to send students to the UK again this year.
We organised the logistics for 23 young people from Monaco, the Cote d’Azur, Switzerland and Paris...,
Feedback was universally positive and we received some wonderful remarks and thanks.
