Chief amongst these are self-belief, resilience, the willingness to accept responsibility, the ability to plan and set goals, and the capacity to build good relationships with the people around them. The Outward Bound programmes are invaluable in building these skills, and your support is invaluable in helping us deliver these experiences to our young people.
